I’ve been teaching yoga since 2013, after discovering how powerful movement and mindfulness can be in transforming not only the body but also the way we handle stress and show up in daily life.
My journey has taken me across the globe—from studying traditional practices in India and Peru, to running my own fitness bootcamp and yoga studio in Thailand, to continuing my studies in Mexico and Sweden. Each experience has shaped the way I teach: accessible, down-to-earth, and tailored to the needs of the people in front of me.
In the corporate space, I focus on practical tools that busy professionals can use right away: simple movement to release tension, breathwork to calm the mind, and mindfulness practices to improve focus.
My classes are approachable for all levels, whether it’s a quick desk yoga session, a guided meditation to reset the day, or a full class to restore energy and prevent burnout.
